How does the temperature control work on the Z Grills Pellet Grill?

The Z Grills Pellet Grill uses a digital control board to regulate the temperature. The control board is connected to a temperature probe that measures the temperature inside the grill. Based on the temperature reading, the control board adjusts the number of pellets fed into the firepot and the speed of the fan that controls the airflow. This allows for precise temperature control and ensures that the grill maintains a consistent temperature throughout the cooking process. The user can set the desired temperature using the digital control panel, and the grill will automatically adjust to maintain that temperature.
