Where do I register my grill?

For registration, Z Grills warranty begins from the date of purchase. Additionally, we will refer to the serial number, which is located inside the hopper lid, such as ZPGXXXX. This serial number indicates the production year. For example, in ZPG7002C2E23001135, the number “23” corresponds to the year behind the grill model. Therefore, there is no need to register; you simply need to provide us with the purchase date and the serial number when support services are required to address any issues with the grill.
